Opening Remarks and Invocation

 Mark Fletcher provided the opening remarks that got the meeting started. John Noll gave the invocation. |
 Esterrell Evans lead everyone in the Pledge to the Flag. |
 Jack Case took a moment to remember those members who have passed away since the last annual meeting. |

 Kathy Painter gave a rousing performance with her rendition of the National Anthem. |
 EPB President and CEO Harold DePriest provided remarks about EPB's future and strong, positive community reputation. |

| Location |
The meeting was held in the Fellowship Hall of the First
Baptist Church of Chattanooga in the Golden Gateway. A good crowd was present - about 277 persons in all. Several members pictured here are enjoying the night's events.

| Meal |
For the third consecutive year, food was provided by
Catering by Alan of East Ridge. Shown below are several members about to "dig in." The food was exceptionally good this year!   |

Business Nominations |
The only business to be brought before the members was the election of directors to the board. Don Nanney presented the Nominating Committee's report. Since there were no contested seats, the two nominees, Mark Fletcher and Glenn Kennedy were unanimously elected by acclamation. |
