MARKETING POLICY
EPB Employees Credit Union

  1. OBJECTIVE
  2. To provide a means for the Credit Union to inquire, to research, and to respond to financial innovations that will promote and encourage membership use of the Credit Union's services.

  3. MARKETING PLAN
  4. The Board of Directors is responsible for approving a Marketing Plan. A Marketing Committee, controlled by the Board of Directors, will have the responsibility for the Credit Union's marketing efforts. The Board of Directors is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Marketing Committee with the Credit Union's overall goals and objectives.

  5. MARKETING COMMITTEE
    1. Establishment of a Committee.
    2. The Board of Directors will establish a marketing committee consisting of two board members and one member of Credit Union Management.

    3. Meetings.
    4. The Marketing Committee will meet as often as necessary.

    5. Minutes.
    6. Formal minutes of meetings will not be required. However, any proposals or recommendations approved by the majority of the Marketing Committee will be formally presented to the Board for approval and recording in the Board minutes.

    7. Reports.
    8. The Marketing Committee will report monthly to the board any meetings or other activities in the marketing area.

    9. Marketing Programs.
    10. The Marketing Committee will be responsible for recommending marketing programs for Board of Directors' approval.

    11. Implementation of Marketing Programs.
    12. Management will be responsible for the implementation of any Board approved marketing program.
