| The week ended with concrete, ceiling grid and wallpaper all coming together on or before October 24th! |
As the concrete truck pulls up to the back of our building, we see that the overhead canopy
to the old side door is now missing. Soon, we hope, the new canopy will be over our new side door at
the other end of the building. |
Once again, we see the concrete truck pouring it on to the back part of our building. |
Pictured below are the "practice steps" for two
new Hollywood stars - Harvey and Debbie - rehearsing for their opportunity in the concrete of Grumman's
Chinese Theatre. However, if they had known that this concrete would be "brushed" later, they would not
have bothered to get all dirty. Just goes to show that "all glory is fleeting."  |
The ceiling grid is up in front of the vault and down our little hallway between the offices and the lobby. |
And, wallpaper was applied to Harvey and Jo's offices. These rooms are on a
"fast track" for completion - moving day is fast approaching (Nov. 3rd & 4th)! |
