Brian Trotter, CEO
Brian took the helm at EPBECU in August 2014 with 30 years of credit union experience under his belt. Brian credits his father for his amazing work ethic. “My father loves my mother and his three sons. He’d work all day at his “real job” then come home to our 30-acre farm and take care of it. No breaks, few vacations, but never complained!” Under Brian’s leadership, EPBECU has increased membership, made remarkable technological advances and deepened relationships with EPB. Brian’s genuine love and enthusiasm for God, family, and friends is evident in the way his manages his staff and cares for our members. William A. “Trey” House, III, CFO
Trey joined EPBECU in October 2016 and has been a number crunching rock-star ever since. It should be no surprise that working at a credit union is a natural fit for Trey, his family has been in the credit union business for over 40 years! Trey says the most important thing to know about credit unions is that they are member owned. He credits EPBECU CEO, Brian Trotter, with having the most influence over his approach to work and truly values the family oriented atmosphere at EPBECU. You may not know that Trey is an avid golfer and a huge Tennessee football fan. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him on the golf course, watching the Vols, and playing with his kids. Shana Sapp, COO
As EPBECU’s Internal Accountant, Shana has her finger on the pulse of everything related to our members, technology, systems, and bookkeeping. She is the resident “go-to” for any EPBECU related question. One of our favorite things about Shana is her love of family. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and their three children. Shana credits her parents for instilling in her the importance of family. She says, “My dad worked hard, provided well, but never put work or money before family. He had a successful engineering firm and I think the key was he always put family first, even for his employees. He always said he worked so he could enjoy watching my mom give it away.” Deedra Wilkerson, Loan Officer
From auto loans to signature loans, Deedra will help you on the path to your financial future. She says, “We strive to offer the lowest interest rates and build the best relationships with our members. This is a people business!” And Deedra sure knows people. On the weekends, you can find her spending time with friends and family, hiking, traveling, and relaxing by the pool. Sherry Hendricks, Head Teller
Sherry joined EPBECU this summer and looks forward to serving you with the exceptional member service that has made her famous. Sherry joined the credit union family 20 years ago in Auburn, Alabama and has embraced the motto “People Helping People” ever since. A native of Ringgold, GA, she is excited to be home, close to her children and parents. While she loves to shop, watch movies, and hit the beach, Sherry’s true dream is to travel the world. Lori Dautrich, MSR
Lori joined EPBECU as a Member Service Representative in the spring of 2022. She has been working in the Credit Union industry for seven years and loves it. Lori says, “We are hometown people. We love what we do and we’ll work hard for our members’ immediate and future needs. Helping people reach their goals is what we do best, and we do it with a smile!” In her spare time, Lori can be found out in nature capturing the beauty of trees, flowers, and animals through her favorite hobby, photography. Her life-long dream is to be a photographer for National Geographic but until then, we are lucky to have her on our team! |
